With our 60-day, hassle-free return policy, you can have confidence in placing your order through Clear Choice Distribution. Whether you want to try out a new product in your store, stock up on items or have a special customer request, we've got you covered. Our 'No Questions Asked" return policy is on all new and unopened items, returned within 60-days of delivery. 

All returns must have prior authorization. Please call us at 424-251-8110 to obtain an RA (return authorization) number. Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

3. Your refund will only be given after we have received the returned item in original, undamaged condition.

How do I return an item?

If you would like to return an item, you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). Returns without an RA will not be accepted.

In order to receive a refund the item(s) must…

  1. be unused.
  2. be in its original packaging which must also be in new condition. (manufacturer sealed and void of price tags etc)
  3. include all parts, warranty and registration cards, instructions, special packaging, etc.
  4. be mailed with return authorization no later than 30 days from the date you receive the RA.

  2. You are generally responsible for return shipping charges as well as any applicable brokerage fees, tariffs and/or taxes.
  3. Your refund will only be given after we have received the returned item in original, undamaged condition.
  4. You are generally responsible for any damage incurred during return shipping.

Can I return a defective product back to you?

Each manufacturer has a different policy regarding defective merchandise. In some cases, we will be able to take your defective product and ship out a replacement. However, many manufacturers require that you deal with them directly. In either event, we will work with you to ensure that your defective item(s) is replaced as quickly as possible.

What is the process for returning damaged products?

If you receive something damaged, please take a photo and email it to us at customercare@clearchoicedistribution.com.

How do I check the status of my return?

If you are returning an item for refund, we will send you an email to let you know once we have credited your original method of payment. If you are returning an item for replacement, we will send you an email regarding your replacement order when it is ready to ship. If you need additional information, please contact us via email at customercare@clearchoicedistribution.com or call us at 424-251-8110.

How long does it take to process a return?

Barring any special circumstances, we will receive and process your credit or replacement order within 1-2 business days. Please note, it usually takes credit/debit card companies an additional 2 to 4 business days after a refund is issued to process the transaction and make the funds available in your account.

Will you provide a return shipping label?

To make returning merchandise easy, we will be happy to provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. You pay nothing up-front; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you would like a return shipping label, please request one when you request your Return Authorization (RA). You are also welcome to ship the item(s) back yourself using the courier of your choice. Should you choose to do that, we highly recommend insuring the package for any damages and getting a tracking number for the shipment.

How do I pack my item for return?

The item itself should be placed back inside the original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, software, cables, etc., where applicable. If you still have the original shipping box and packing material (peanuts, air pillows and/or paper), we encourage you to use them again when you send in your return. If you no longer have the original shipping box and packing material, you will need to make other arrangements. Please be sure to write your RA # clearly and conspicuously on the outside of all shipping box.
